If you are looking for a relaxed, friendly, home style atmosphere in unusual surroundings where we work to preserve the environment, look no further!
 
We live right here, so you can borrow stuff and help with gardening if you choose.
We share books, umbrellas, basketball hoop, dvds, advice, local politics, cooking supplies, our favorite walks.
You can wash your laundry and hang it in our greenhouse laundry center.
Simple breakfast materials available 24 hours a day. No schedule, no fuss.
Let the rest of them sleep in while you linger over your coffee and go for a walk.We are proud of comfort we provide while keeping our energy use very low.

Policies
- 2 night minimum stay, usually.
- Call for one night requests; $10 per person surcharge for all one-nighters. 866 886 5226
- Five days minimum stay for Christmas thru New Years, or call.
- Mastercard or Visa required to hold a reservation
- 50% charge for cancellation less than two weeks before reservation, unless we rebook.
- Full charge for no-shows.
- Rates based on up to 2 people per night; $15 per night surcharge for each additional person in cottages and apartments, $20 per extra in 'Olapa and 'Akala.
- 'Olapa lends itself better to bedroom rentals. 'Akala lends itself to groups. So, we probably won't accept a rental of all of 'Olapa unless 'Akala is already rented. And we won't rent individual bedrooms in 'Akala unless all the bedrooms in 'Olapa are taken. (Or, you can rent all of 'Olapa by renting all the bedrooms individually.) So please inquire.
- All rates subject to state taxes: 9.25% transient accommodations tax, 4.16% general excise, 13.41% total.
- Check-in time: 3pm or after
- Check-out time: 10:30am
- Limited housekeeping provided, let us know what you need - extra towels, etc.
- Simple breakfast materials on the "Breakfast Lanai " for you 24/7
